Birth Doula Care

 The birth of your baby is an intimate and powerful event.  ​ ​  Your doula, Luci or Kathy, will work with your individual needs to provide personalized, compassionate care,  helping you achieve a confident and satisfying birth.  ​ We take a holistic, evidence-based approach to pregnancy and labor support.  This means that we treat each unique individual as a whole - integrating techniques to calm and strengthen both mind and body in preparation for and during labor.  We  provide respectful, unbiased support, whether you choose a medicated or unmedicated birth, in a hospital, home, or birthing center.

Considering Hypnosis for Childbirth?
As a Hypnobabies (TM) Hypno-doula, Kathy doula has received specialized training to support clients choosing to use  self-hypnosis for a  more comfortable birthing experience. The Hypnobabies program teaches  highly effective "eyes-open   childbirth hypnosis” techniques to enable birthing women to remain comfortably in hypnosis while also  maintaining full mobility  to walk, talk, change positions, or  rest, as they choose.

 Note: Each package is fully customizable. We  accept credit card payments via Paypal.   Sliding scale and payment plans are available. We welcome ALL families, including single parents and LGBTQ.   Unfortunately, Postpartum Doula Care packages are currently unavailable.
